LA Recruitment was established in 1983 to provide a recruitment service in Aberdeen.
Now, more than 20 years later, the company has grown into recruitment for Aberdeen, UK, Offshore and Overseas, placing people from the UK and abroad to Africa, Middle East and Far East.
Our head office is still based in Aberdeen and we also have offices within Doha-Qatar and Kuala Lumpur-Malaysia.

Winner of the LA Bear competition!
Following on from another exciting and successful OTC in Houston, we are delighted to announce the winner of our "Where are our bears now?" competition. LA have given away LA Bears at OTC now for 3 years and they've proved a great hit with people returning year on year as collectors of them. But we wanted to see where our bears ended up and we've had a great response. We've received many lovely pictures of our bears around the world, both in front of famous landmarks and in their new homes and we're please to say that they all look happy.
 Our first prize winner G. Chapman from Broughty Ferry sent in the winning picture of LA bear in front of the Eiffel Tower. Thanks to everyone who took the time to send in their photos and you can see the top 10 photos under our "News" link. Mr Chapman and his LA bear, together with a friend will be flying high in a hot air balloon as the winners of our competition.
Even though the competition is over, we'd still like to see photos of where our bears are now so if you got a bear at the OTC, please send us a photo of him in his new city. If you haven't received a bear, come visit us at Offshore Europe 09 (8-11th September in Aberdeen) and pick up your own little furry friend.
